The process

How a commission works

Brief
Tell us what the artwork is for, preferred style, colours, size and deadline. Reference images are welcome.
Quotation
We confirm the scope, number of revisions, licence, price, deposit and timeline in writing.
Concept sketches
After the deposit, we share initial concepts so you can choose a direction.
Development & revisions
We develop the chosen concept and make the agreed number of revisions.
Final delivery
After the balance is paid, final high-resolution files (and prints, if ordered) are delivered with your licence.

Timelines: most commissions take 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and revisions. Rush timelines may be possible by agreement.
Payments: commissions normally require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due before final files are released.
Revisions: the number of included revision rounds is stated in your quotation; additional rounds may be charged.
Copyright: unless agreed otherwise in writing, Tangem Art keeps the copyright and grants you a licence for the agreed use. Full copyright transfer is available for an additional fee. See Licensing.
